Last thursday my photography teacher had an exposition of all the students work at his studio. We put our best photos (around 7 photos) on a big black backing and he hung them up around the studio. There was also a bunch of goodies such as pie, wine, bread, cheese, etc. I'll eventually get some of my developed pictures onto the web.
And then on friday night was the final exhibition for the Wells program. It was in the studio at the Wells office and had all art from the 25ish students in the program ranging from painting (here is mine "Abbe de Saint-Non" by Fragonard), photography, drawing, print-making, bookbinding, dance, and music. It was a a really fun time and very nice of the program to put on. Of course there was tons of food and tons of wine. And it looked like all the students appreciated the event. Was pretty much the last time we saw everyone together. Sad face
Joy and I leave tomorrow night (wednesday) to Berlin. We are taking an all nighter bus. A good 14 hrs I think it is. We arrive in Berlin on thursday morning, meet up with a friend of mine who goes to school in Switzerland, spend the night in a hostel, leave friday night taking an overnight train to an amazing castle (Neuschwanstein) in the south of Germany, spend the whole day there, leave Saturday night and take an all night train to Interlaken, spend the night Sunday and tour the mountains monday morning and head back to Paris on an overnight Bus for me (Joy has to go back to Oxford) That is a super quick overview of the trip. I'm sure I'll explain more later. My computer is about to die!
